These terms are the agreement between you and Rank OS (getrankos.com), the members-only SEO tool that is part of The New Search. By using Rank OS you agree to them, so please read them.
By accessing or using Rank OS, you agree to be bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please don’t use the service.
Rank OS gives active members SEO tools — prompts, audits, checklists and a Search Console view — designed to help you get cited by AI search. Access is available only to active members of The New Search on Skool. If your membership ends, your access to Rank OS ends with it. You must be at least 18 to use Rank OS.
You sign in with a magic link sent to your email, so keep access to your inbox secure. Your account is for you alone — don’t share your login or let others use your access. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
You agree not to:
Rank OS lets you connect third-party services such as Google Search Console and your WordPress sites. You are responsible for having the right to connect them, and your use of each remains subject to that provider’s own terms (including Google’s). We access connected data only as described in our Privacy Policy, and you can disconnect at any time.
Rank OS, including its software, design, prompts and content, is owned by Kasra Dash and is protected by intellectual-property law. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it while your membership is active. It does not transfer any ownership to you.
Anything you create, upload or publish through Rank OS remains yours, and you are responsible for it, including anything you publish to your WordPress sites. Rank OS also produces AI-assisted output and recommendations, which can be wrong or incomplete — review and verify anything before you rely on it or publish it. You are responsible for how you use it.
Rank OS is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. SEO and AI-search outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, so we do not guarantee any particular rankings, traffic, citations or results.We don’t warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rank OS and Kasra Dash will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
You can stop using Rank OS at any time. We may suspend or end your access if your membership lapses or if you breach these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and liability) will continue to apply.
We’re always improving Rank OS, so features may change, be added or be removed. We may also update these terms; when we make material changes we’ll update the date above and let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use Rank OS after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
